Lowen Long & Lean Bolster
The best bolster with the most versatile shape. Our Long & Lean Bolsters are extra long to support the entire length of the spine. We made them slightly narrower to promote gentle chest openers and safer back bends without sacrificing the support and stability you want from a bolster. A great tool for reducing back pain and encouraging rest.
This fabric was rescued from a deadstock warehouse. We believe it a cotton/polyester blend.

HOW TO USE
- Supported Bridge Pose
Place bolster under back of pelvis & relax into it - Supported Child's Pose
Lay your stomach and chest over the bolster with your arms on either side, relax, and enjoy - Supported Fish Pose
Sit in front of bolster with short end close to spine. Lay spine over bolster, tuck chin, extend arms to comfortable distance & soften everything
